Unless expressly stated otherwise, ANTICONFIG products are supplied exclusively in digital format.

No physical product will be shipped.

3. NATURE OF THE PRODUCT

5. NO AIMBOT OR CHEATING SOFTWARE

ANTICONFIG does not sell, provide, or claim to provide an aimbot.

ANTICONFIG is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with any game developer, publisher, console manufacturer, peripheral manufacturer, or other third-party company unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any third-party trademarks, product names, game names, logos, or brands mentioned in our content belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party products or services are made solely for identification, educational, compatibility, or informational purposes.

Third-party products, games, services, software, firmware, rules, and functionality may change at any time.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AND THIRD-PARTY RULES

ANTICONFIG does not control the rules or enforcement decisions of third-party platforms, game publishers, developers, tournament organizers, or service providers.

We cannot guarantee that any particular configuration, device, technique, or method will be permitted by a third party now or in the future.

The customer remains responsible for deciding whether and how to use the information provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. ORDERS

By placing an order through the Site, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are legally capable of entering into the transaction or have any authorization required under applicable law.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • You have reviewed the description of the digital product before purchasing it.

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment errors, pricing errors, technical errors, unlawful activity, or misuse of the Site.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the digital content has not been validly supplied, the relevant amount will be refunded where required.

9. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed on the Site before checkout.

Any applicable taxes will be displayed, calculated, or collected as required by applicable law and according to the checkout configuration available to the customer.

Payments may be processed through payment providers including Shopify Payments, credit or debit card networks, and PayPal.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

ANTICONFIG does not directly store complete credit or debit card details.

10. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered electronically.

After successful payment, the digital product, download instructions, access information, or relevant delivery details will be sent to the email address provided by the customer or otherwise made available as described during the purchasing process.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.

Customers should also check their spam, junk, promotions, or similar folders if the delivery email is not visible in their main inbox.

11. DIGITAL CONTENT AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Because ANTICONFIG sells digital content that is supplied electronically, specific rules may apply to cancellation and withdrawal rights.

For consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and other jurisdictions with similar mandatory rules, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease once the supply of digital content begins where the conditions required by applicable law have been satisfied.

Where required by law, before the digital content is supplied immediately, the customer will be asked to expressly consent to the beginning of performance during the applicable withdrawal period and to acknowledge that, as a consequence, they will lose their statutory right of withdrawal once the supply of the digital content has begun.

Where such consent and acknowledgement are legally required but have not been validly obtained, the customer's mandatory statutory rights will remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

12. REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided merely because a customer:

  • Changes their mind after valid delivery.

  • No longer wants the product.

  • Expected different personal gaming results.

  • Does not achieve a particular level of aim assist, accuracy, tracking, performance, ranking, or other result.

  • Fails to read the product description before purchasing.

  • Does not use the purchased product.

However, this policy does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Where the digital product is defective, materially different from its description, cannot be delivered, or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law, we will assess the request and provide the appropriate remedy.

13. DIGITAL CONTENT UPDATES AND GAME CHANGES

Gaming environments can change frequently.

Game developers, publishers, hardware manufacturers, and software providers may introduce updates that modify settings, mechanics, aim assist systems, input behavior, compatibility, or other functionality.

Information contained in an ANTICONFIG product reflects the information and functionality reasonably available when the relevant material was created or updated.

Unless expressly included in the product description, purchasing a digital product does not guarantee permanent updates, lifetime support, or future versions.

We may update our digital products at our discretion or where required under applicable law.

Any mandatory rights relating to updates or conformity of digital content remain unaffected.

14. LICENSE TO USE DIGITAL PRODUCTS

When you purchase an ANTICONFIG digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for your own personal use.

The purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in the product.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by ANTICONFIG, you may not:

  • Resell the product.

  • Redistribute the product.

  • Upload or publish the product publicly.

  • Share copies with third parties.

  • Reproduce substantial portions for commercial purposes.

  • Sell access to the product.

  • Claim the product or its content as your own.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the original content created and made available by ANTICONFIG, including text, written guides, graphics, branding, product presentation, original educational material, and other protectable content, is owned by or licensed to ANTICONFIG and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants the customer ownership of ANTICONFIG intellectual property.

Third-party trademarks, screenshots, product names, game names, logos, or other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

16. UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION

Unauthorized copying, resale, publication, sharing, or commercial distribution of ANTICONFIG digital products is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where we reasonably identify unauthorized distribution, we may take appropriate measures to protect our intellectual property, including requesting removal of infringing material and pursuing available legal remedies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

21. PRIVACY

Personal data collected through the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that personal data will be processed as described in those policies and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The version applicable to a purchase will generally be the version in force at the time the relevant order was placed, except where changes are required by law or otherwise lawfully apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's country of habitual residence.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would apply to you regardless of this choice of law.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively before courts in Spain where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, where legally possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other legal terms expressly applicable to a purchase, constitute the terms governing the relationship between the customer and ANTICONFIG regarding use of the Site and purchase of our digital products.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.
